昆西醫療護理（QuincyMedicare.com）退換條款

昆西醫療護理香港網上商店提供 「三十天退換保證」，但需遵守以下條款與細則：

1. 申請期限：顧客需在訂單確認後 30 天內 聯絡客服部辦理退換申請。
2. 退換條件： 
   • 貨品必須未使用、未拆包裝、無損毀或刮花痕跡。
   • 只能更換相同型號、顏色、尺寸的貨品。
   • 必須退還所有附送的贈品（如贈品、優惠券、禮券等），否則需繳付贈品的現金等值金額。

1. 退款形式：按照顧客原支付方式退回： 
   • 信用卡支付：直接退回原信用卡帳戶。
   • 加密貨幣支付：以港幣退款，但需支付退款金額的 5% 手續費（不足一元作一元計）。
   • 優惠券支付：退款不會重發優惠券或禮券。

1. 退回金額：購買金額將扣除相關手續費（如運輸費、檢查費等）後退回。

某些貨品及情況不適用「三十天退換保證」，包括：

1. 特定貨品類別：如浴缸（包括醫療浴缸、按摩浴缸、水療浴缸）、玻璃製品、個人衛生用品、大型電器、訂造或特別訂購貨品等。
2. 配件不齊全：如缺少完整配件、說明書或保用證。
3. 已收取的大型貨品：如已送達並安裝的浴缸或其他大型設備等。

1. 顧客需在 7 天內 聯絡客服申請退換，但「品質問題」不包括以下情況： 
   • 尺寸誤差：如浴缸因製造過程產生的細微尺寸差異（±1 厘米）。
   • 天然材質差異：如浴缸表面因材質特性出現的輕微紋理或顏色差異，與展示品不完全一致。

1. 若確認為出廠缺陷，昆西醫療護理將安排更換相同型號的商品或其他補救措施。

1. 如需昆西醫療護理上門檢查或收回貨品，顧客需預先支付 檢查費、運輸費或拆運費，否則退換申請不被受理。
2. 退款時間：從退單日起計，需 4 至 6 星期 完成退款程序。

如有任何爭議，昆西醫療護理（QuincyMedicare.com）保留最終決定權。所有條款以中文版為準。

Certain products and situations are not eligible for the "30-Day Return Guarantee," including:

1. Specific Product Categories: Items such as bathtubs (including medical bathtubs, massage bathtubs, and spa bathtubs), glassware, personal hygiene products, large appliances, custom-made or special-order products, etc.
2. Incomplete Items: Missing accessories, manuals, or warranty cards.
3. Delivered Large Items: Bathtubs or other large items that have been delivered and installed.

1. Customers must contact Customer Service within 7 days to apply for return or exchange due to quality issues. However, the following are NOT considered quality issues: 
   • Size Variation: Minor size deviations (±1 cm) in bathtubs due to manufacturing processes.
   • Natural Material Variations: Slight differences in texture or color of bathtub surfaces due to material characteristics compared to display items.

1. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Quincy Medicare will arrange for a replacement of the same model or other appropriate remedies.

1. For on-site inspections or product retrievals, customers must pay inspection, transportation, or dismantling fees in advance; otherwise, the return or exchange application will not be processed.
2. Refund Timeframe: Refunds will take 4 to 6 weeks to process from the date the return request is issued.

In case of disputes, Quincy Medicare (QuincyMedicare.com) reserves the right to final interpretation. All terms and conditions are subject to the Chinese version.
