- If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Quincy Medicare will arrange for a replacement of the same model or other appropriate remedies.
5. Additional Fees and Refund Timeframe
- For on-site inspections or product retrievals, customers must pay inspection, transportation, or dismantling fees in advance; otherwise, the return or exchange application will not be processed.
- Refund Timeframe: Refunds will take 4 to 6 weeks to process from the date the return request is issued.
6. Final Interpretation Rights
